Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing (WOCN) Certification or psychiatric RN experience preferred
• Proficient in IV therapy, wound care, enteral tube management, and drain care beneficial
• Home health experience is highly advantageous
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Current car insurance is mandatory
• BLS certification required
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor essential

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed
• Perform assessments and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
