Service AreaThis Home Health Physical Therapist position covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard. Schedule- Full time and part time positions available
- Flexible, self-directed schedule. You build your own daily route and manage your own caseload
What You'll Earn- $60 per visit, full time or part time
- $50 for supervisory visits
- $100 per evaluation

What You'll Do- Evaluate patients and build individualized plans of care based on their goals
- Provide physical therapy treatment in the home, where progress actually translates to daily life
- Supervise PTAs and adjust the plan of care as patients progress
- Document evaluations and progress, and communicate with the physician and care team
- Manage your own daily schedule and route across your caseload
What We're Looking For- Active PT license in Oklahoma
- Home health experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome PTs from outpatient, SNF, or inpatient backgrounds who are ready for more autonomy
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and evaluations
- A genuine passion for one-on-one, relationship-based patient care
- Open to full time or part time. We're flexible to fit your availability
