Schedule- Full time and part time positions available
- Flexible, self-directed schedule. You build your own daily route and manage your own caseload

What You'll Do- Provide physical therapy treatment in patients' homes under the direction of the supervising PT
- Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence in the environment where it matters most, their own home
- Document treatment progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Build genuine relationships with patients over the course of their care, not just a single visit
- Manage your own daily schedule and route across your caseload
What We're Looking For- Active PTA license in Oklahoma
- Home health experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome PTAs from outpatient, SNF, or inpatient backgrounds who are ready for a change of pace
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- A genuine passion for one-on-one, relationship-based patient care
- Open to full time or part time. We're flexible to fit your availability
