Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customer to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance.

Automation Process Industries, Mining and Materials in
Montreal, QC, Canada. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Deliver field service activities safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectation's.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues on hoisting and industrial equipment.
- Plan and prepare service work, ensuring the availability of required materials, parts, and tools.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and clear communication throughout project execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability, and customer operation's
- Lead and promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance at customer sites.
- Support business growth by identifying service and upgrade opportunities within the installed base.
- Coach and provide technical guidance to technicians, engineers, and customers, while supporting training and certification activities.

Qualifications for the role- Diploma or degree in Electrical Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience supporting industrial systems.
- Experience with mine hoist systems is considered a strong asset.
- Strong customer focus, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and deliver technical reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary service environment.
- Valid driver's license and passport, with the ability to travel within Canada, the United States, Mexico, and internationally as required.

Our benefitsCompetitive, comprehensive, and crafted with you in mind. While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $92,625 and $135,850 annually and is bonus eligible.
