In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologies
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience
• Hands-on experience in platform administration across Hive Metastore, Azure, AWS, and Databricks, with strong exposure to managing large-scale data platforms.
• Experience in Azure services including Blob Storage, ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory (ADF), AKS, and Azure Active Directory, along with hands-on experience in Databricks, Unity Catalog, Key Vault, Hive Metastore, and AWS services (EC2, S3, EKS, IAM).
• Experience in DevOps and automation, leveraging tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, ServiceNow, and GitHub for efficient platform management and deployment.
• Experience working with modern data platforms and tools including Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), NiFi, Hive, Confluent Kafka, and Starburst.

Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience working with CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients, with a strong understanding of domain-specific data and business requirements.
• Relevant certifications in Apache ecosystem, Microsoft Azure, and Databricks are preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog, including data governance, access control, and metadata management across enterprise data platforms.

Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
