Description:Histotechnologist - Pathology | Full-TimeTuesday - Saturday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
We are seeking a motivational grossing professional who is looking to take the next step in their career. Perform all routine procedures as a Histotechnologist to include accessioning of specimens, grossing, embedding, cutting, staining, cover slipping, labeling and distribution using state-of-the-art equipment.
This is a day shift position at NYP Queens.
Preferred Criteria- At least one year experience in Histology
- Experience with special staining procedures
Required Criteria- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- New York State License - Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Histotechnologist, or Clinical Laboratory Technician
Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
Salary Range:$94,400-$118,000/Annual
