LPN Pay Range: $26.01 to $32.34RN Pay Range: $37.23 to $44.49Differentials: Night Monday - Thursday $5.00 Night Fri day- Sunday $8.00Day Fri - Sun $3.00

- Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, and case managers to implement and optimize treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of patient improvements, challenges, and responses to therapy interventions.
