Full Job Description
B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time High Voltage and Substation Project Director to oversee High Voltage and Substation projects, primarily in the western United States.

For this critical role, we are offering a yearly salary of $140,000-$175,000 (Depending on Experience). If you have what we're looking for, your salary is highly negotiable! A degree in construction management, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT DIRECTOR

As the High Voltage and Substation Project Director, you oversee the project managers, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects throughout the U.S. With your exceptional organizational skills, you facilitate efficient scheduling. You keep your finger on the pulse of all aspects of each project and check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction. Conducting yourself with integrity and using your exceptional communication skills, you maintain an excellent rapport with them at all times.
