Full Job Description
High Tech Management Consultant, you have a deep, balanced understanding of the industry, working across the Enterprise and Consumer Technology and Semiconductor industries. You are at the forefront of industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients. You are an expert at executing on strategic plans. You consider yourself to be very adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships and are equally capable of applying those interpersonal skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members. These skills enable you to thrive on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives.

AI and Digital Transformation: You possess strong knowledge of AI trends, recognizing its power to fundamentally change operations and customer engagement. You enable clients to apply AI for product innovation, hyper-personalized user experiences, intelligent edge solutions, IoT optimization, and advanced analytics to unlock new revenue streams and improve resilience.

Strategic & Execution Excellence: A strategic thinker and execution expert, you excel at crafting comprehensive strategic plans and translating them into actionable, results-driven roadmaps. You are adept at driving go-to-market strategies for High Tech leaders.

Versatile Engagement Leader: You thrive on diverse, high-impact engagements, helping clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic and operational goals, such as market entry, ecosystem expansion, and achieving operational efficiency through automation.

Leadership & Relationships: As a relationship builder and team leader, you foster strong client relationships across the entire value chain and empower teams to achieve peak performance.

Responsibilities include:
  • Partner with clients across the High Tech industry to implement new processes and technology in their organizations
  • Join execution teams to meet the needs of clients; Draw on industry best practice to inform recommendations
  • Contribute to and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with High Tech clients
  • Maintain relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner
  • Support responses to RFPs and support business development efforts
  • Mentor junior members of the High Tech Consulting team and groom them for more responsibility
  • Travel as needed up to 80%


Here's What You Need:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience consulting for or working in the High Tech industry
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at a consulting firm


Bonus Points if:
  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
  • Strong client communication skills
  • A proven track record of delivery on complex and impactful client engagements
  • Specific experience delivering programs in at least one of the following areas: platform transformations, Cloud transformations, and/or the execution of large-scale functional transformations
  • Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Operations experience with companies in the Semiconductor Value Chain
  • Front end Planning or Operations experience
  • Back end Planning or Operations experience
  • Semiconductor equipment manufacturing Planning or Operations experience
  • PLM/PDM product management experience


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
