Position Overview: - Deliver specialized instruction for high school students with mild-to-moderate disabilities.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address each student's academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with students facing barriers while using behavior management and crisis intervention strategies to promote student success.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement for high school
- Experience supporting high-risk or opportunity youth preferred
- Strong behavior management and crisis intervention skills with a high degree of adaptability
