We are currently seeking to hire a highly dedicated High School Principal. We strive to hire individuals who are determined to see all students succeed, cognizant of their mindset, champions of equity, and are results-oriented. Our Ideal Candidate

Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Principal license.

At least three (3) years of successful teaching and leadership experience.

Commitment to hold high academic and behavioral expectations for all students.

Ability to nurture a culture of learning, a safe and positive climate, collaborative professional learning communities, the social/emotional development of students, and relationships with high school families.

Superior ability to demonstrate culturally relevant practices.

Exceptional ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
