What You'll Do:As a Territory Service Sales Representative, you'll be the trusted partner for our largest revenue-generating customers. Your mission is to maximize retention, uncover repair opportunities, and grow account relationships while delivering a world-class customer experience.
You will:- Drive revenue growth by identifying service and repair opportunities with core and prospective customers.
- Build long-term, consultative relationships with key decision makers.
- Develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with FleetPride's capabilities.
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, and growth milestones.
- Prospect and onboard new customers into the FleetPride network.
- Analyze customer data to guide strategic discussions and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with service center leadership on strategy, performance, and customer retention.
What You Bring:We're looking for someone passionate about the heavy-duty industry and skilled at building trust with customers.
You'll be successful here if you have:
- Prior experience in Heavy Duty Class A Service (REQUIRED).
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in the HD service industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (preferred).
- Professionalism, strong communication, and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems & basic MS Office skills.
- Power BI familiarity (preferred).
