What is Required?- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field is required
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Workday (applicant tracking system) experience is preferred
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and communication effectively with Executives, Directors, and team members
- Opportunity to work with Account Executives, Operations, and Upper leadership
- Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation.
- Boston based position, field, office, and remote
Preferred Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals
- At least 1 year of experience conducting agency searches
- Proven experience in guiding, mentoring, or coordinating peers and cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment goals
- Technical experience with Phenom CRM
- Previous Healthcare recruiting in Boston Market
