Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare recruiting; experience with ECMO, Perfusion, or Hospital Staffing is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ECMO and cardiovascular care roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract ECMO specialists, coordinators, and perfusionists.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, professional networks, and educational institutions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for all clinical roles at Integration Health.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and forward-looking staffing needs.
• Engage in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Post positions across all channels and filter responses from various sources.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational hiring standards.
