This person will be the main point of contact for our Healthcare clients in the region. Strong client-facing experience along with strong technical skills is critical for the success of role.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT AT O'CONNELL ROBERTSON....- Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projectswith various clients
- Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
- Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects.
- Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm.
- Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR ROLE...We're looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you'll need...
- 8+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 4 years of experience in Healthcare design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecturefrom an accredited program/school
- Registered Architect in the State of Texas is preferred. Candidates with related or similar professional experience will be considered.
- Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule and resource planning.
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
- Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
- Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
- Must be quality minded and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities with intentional schedules.
- Experience and proficiency with Healthcare projects and licensing requirements preferred. Education/ Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred.
