OverviewThe Hartford, CT office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Practice.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Connecticut and have at least four (4) years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Experience defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits is preferred. Admission to the Connecticut Bar is required.
Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
