Associate Attorney - Wage & Hour Litigation Boutique litigation firm specializing in cutting-edge wage and hour and class action cases seeks an associate attorney with 2 to 5 years' experience to join our Boston-based, remote-first practice. • Competitive salary based on experience, $130,000 to $150,000 • Immediate revenue share on cases you are assigned to handle, with significant additional earning potential • 401(k) employer contribution, whether or not you contribute • Generous employer reimbursement for medical insurance • Paid time off, bar dues, malpractice insurance, and CLE • Remote work environment, with a downtown Boston office available for depositions and client meetings Responsibilities • Litigate and manage cases with light supervision • Communicate effectively with clients and prospective clients • Achieve and negotiate successful outcomes in court and with opposing counsel • Maintain strong ethics and professional responsibility • Communicate in a friendly and considerate manner internally Qualifications • Massachusetts law license • 2 to 5 years of substantive litigation experience, ideally in employment law • Excellent written and oral advocacy • Strong ethics, collegial attitude, and academic record • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote setting • Desire to zealously litigate cases from the plaintiff's side • Demonstrated commitment to workers' rights or public interest work and spanish proficiency are plusses
