Pay range:Salary
$159,286.00 - $254,862.00
If selected, you'll report directly to the CFO. You and your team will be responsible for:
- Financial reporting
- Annual budgeting
- Monthly Operating Review & margin management initiative support
- Long-range financial planning
- Financial pro formas
Other responsibilities will include ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives, management of our Strategic Data Team and support of physician compensation.
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree required with Accounting, Business or Finance major preferred. (MBA preferred.)
- At least 5 years management experience
- Healthcare experience
Preferred qualifications:In addition to the qualifications listed above, our ideal candidate will draw upon the following experience and credentials:
- CPA credential and public accounting experience
- Prior director-level experience
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Experience with Workday or other large ERP system
- Experience with physician compensation
