What You'll Do- Analyze data across EMR, financial, operational, and marketing systems
- Deliver insights that drive decisions (not just reports)
- Become an EMR super user supporting clinical teams
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support inventory + cost optimization
- Contribute to cross-functional performance initiatives
- Improve reporting structure and standards
What We're Looking For- 1+ years in data analytics
- Strong SQL + Excel
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation & Benefits$80,000 - $100,000 base + full benefits
