How you'll make an impact in this role- Directed scope, schedule, and budget for healthcare capital projects across planning, design, bid management, and construction.
- Tracked real-time performance using earned value, budget burn, percent complete, and effort forecasting to optimize project delivery within constraints.
- Ensured strict adherence to healthcare safety codes, regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and national construction frameworks.
- Implemented robust quality assurance protocols and warranty management to maintain high-quality work and operational safety across facility renovations.
- Coordinated cross-functional teams, architects, engineers, and hospital staff to align strategic goals, define roles, and meet project timelines.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Construction Professional preferred. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
- Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seekingLow voltage experience is strongly preferred.
