Healthcare Administrator

What You'll Do:
  • Lead financial, quality, and operational performance for the 60-bed health center's departments, reporting to the Executive Director
  • Maintain compliance with infection control, fire safety, sanitation, and universal precaution standards
  • Coordinate state health inspections and survey processes, and manage relationships with residents, families, physicians, and government agencies
  • Build and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operating supplies
  • Lead our compliance program, including the Compliance Hotline and standards of conduct
  • Meet regularly with residents and families to address concerns and build trust
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that support the community's goals

What You'll Need
