Start a new career as an Occupational Therapist with Bristol Glen, a UMC community! What You'll Do: - Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy programs to support patient rehabilitation and functional independence
- Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities, analyze medical information, and establish individualized rehabilitation goals
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve therapeutic goals
- Develop and implement therapeutic activities that build daily living, work, school, and life-management skills
- Recommend environmental modifications and adaptive strategies to help patients function safely and effectively
- Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards while delivering high-quality patient care
What You'll Need: Required:
- Graduate of accredited Therapy Program
- Current and active Occupational Therapist license in New Jersey
- 3-5 years of related experience
