What the day will look likeThe Health & Benefits Vice President will be a key contributor and leader for large and larger middle market clients. The role involves the management of ongoing U.S. health and benefits client work. This position will have frequent interactions with the client Human Resource/Benefit Director for the delivery of benefits consulting services.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking over existing client book ~$1M
- Developing and elevating client relationships
- Managing complex consulting projects
- Frequent vendor interface
- Leading external meetings and internal resource coordination
- Revenue growth while identifying client needs for other consulting services

- 6+ years Consulting experience
- Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits discipline.

Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire)
- Project management certification is a plus
Pay TransparencyThe salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $154,000 to $201,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Houston, Texas. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
