OverviewSchedule: Full-Time, Exempt. Standard Monday-Friday business hours.
Hybrid; 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Health Science & Behavioral Associate III, coordinates all quantitative and/or qualitative data collection for assigned projects. Responsible for supervising and training survey research staff. Participates in data collection and is responsible for field documentation. Monitors the quality of data collected and manages field problems as needed. Duties are performed with minimal supervision with feedback and guidance from principal investigators.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:- 2+ years of experience in research coordination, program planning conducting qualitative/quantitative research and/or community organizing experience.
- Experience managing staff and working with children, youth, and families.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification:- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, health education, or nursing or equivalent combination of related education and work experience required.
- Master's or Master's student preferred.

Pay Scale Information $76,918.40-$102,544.00CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
