This role sits at the heart of that.As our Health & Safety Manager, you’ll lead how health and safety really works on site — not just policies and paperwork, but day‑to‑day behaviours, conversations, and decisions that keep people safe and compliant. The roleYou’ll be the go‑to person for all things health and safety at the site. That means working closely with operations, leading safety programs, coaching leaders and employees, and making sure we meet regulatory requirements without losing sight of common sense. You’ll also act as a thinkSAFE ambassador, helping build a culture where people look out for each other and speak up — not just tick boxes and move on. What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with operations leaders to embed safe work practices into daily routines
  • Lead health & safety audits, investigations, and corrective actions

  • Maintain training records, compliance documentation, and OSHA logs
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and job hazard assessments
  • Communicate monthly H&S updates, trends, and lessons learned to the workforce

  • Experience leading audits, investigations, and industrial hygiene activities

  • A visible, influential role with real ownership of site safety
