Position Summary:- Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
- Experience representing health care and/or long-term care facilities.
- Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Candidates must have at least 3-6 years of experience.
- California bar admission is required; however, candidates may reside anywhere in the United States.
