Head of US Growth Marketing & Analytics• Full-time, reporting to the US Chief Marketing Officer• Hybrid, 3 days a week in-office• Location: New York, NY• Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000DescriptionAbout the roleWe are looking for a highly technical, data-driven Head of US Growth Marketing & Analytics based in New York, NY to own our intent-based customer acquisition ecosystem, data architecture, website performance, and organic retention funnels.In this role, you are a true player-coach and hands-on practitioner who loves pulling levers inside ad accounts, engineering next-gen search visibility, and mapping complex conversion tracking. You will serve as the strategic and technical manager for our content and lifecycle marketing team, transforming raw data into high-converting search, web, and email pipelines. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with SEO and GEO, and running Google campaigns.Key responsibilities1. SEO, GEO & AI Search Engineering- Next-Gen Visibility Strategy: Blueprint and execute our visibility strategy for traditional search engines and next-generation AI answer engines.
- Technical SEO: Manage schema markup, indexation, and Core Web Vitals to maximize organic discovery.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Optimize our digital footprint for citations inside AI platforms like ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and AI Overviews.
2. Analytics, Attribution & Data Architecture- Single Source of Truth: Serve as the core architect for marketing data. Jump into Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to set up custom event tracking and deploy conversion tracking pixels.
- Measurement Frameworks: Clean up attribution models and establish a robust core measurement framework.
- Dashboarding: Partner with the internal Data team to build and maintain automated performance dashboards (using tools like Omni and Contentsquare) for the broader marketing team.
3. Paid Search & Performance Marketing- Google Ads Ecosystem: Actively structure, manage, and scale our paid search campaigns. Manually handle asset allocation for Performance Max (PMax), keyword match types, negative bidding, and budget optimization.
- Paid Channels Expansion: Oversee App Campaigns and Paid Social channels to drive both B2C consumer sign-ups and B2B enterprise/HR leads.
- Budget & Forecasting: Directly manage the growth marketing budget, keeping forecasts precise and on track.
Additional Responsibilities4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Website Performance- Funnel Optimization: Own the conversion performance of our website and landing pages. Run heatmaps, analyze user drop-off behavior, and deploy aggressive A/B testing frameworks.
5. Team Leadership & Lifecycle Strategy- Data-Driven Briefing: Translate technical search keywords, CRO data, and email performance metrics into structured editorial briefs-giving the content team exact blueprints to write against across articles, landing pages, and email sequences.
6. Cross-Functional Partnership- Acquisition Initiatives: Partner closely with Product, Data, and Operations teams to build scalable, full-funnel acquisition loops and product-led growth initiatives.
Requirements- Modern Search Literacy: A sophisticated understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), semantic search, LLM scannability, and how AI engines source and cite brand data.
- Proven Practitioner Experience: Deep, hands-on experience running Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and major SEO suites (e.g., SEMrush).
- Full-Funnel Data Competency: Exceptional capability in diagnosing data leaks across the entire user journey-from initial search click down to automated email onboarding flows.
- B2B/B2C Versatility: Proven track record setting up data attribution and campaigns that seamlessly cater to both consumer users (B2C) and enterprise/HR decision-makers (B2B).
- Collaborative Leadership: Experience working as a player-coach, with a demonstrated ability to manage creative teams while remaining deeply technical yourself.
