Role: Head of Storytelling and ContentBuild and scale Alpaca Health's storytelling engine across every channel and audience.
You will be responsible for creating compelling content that helps families, providers, and partners understand who we are, what we believe, and why our model matters. From viral short-form videos to executive thought leadership, webinars, and educational content, you will own the narrative that fuels Alpaca's brand and growth.
Success means that Alpaca becomes one of the most trusted and recognizable voices in ABA, clinician entrepreneurship, and autism care.
🚧 What You'll DoContent Creation- Own Alpaca's content strategy across video, social, web, email, and educational channels.
- Produce and oversee short-form video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop long-form video content including documentaries, case studies, interviews, and educational series.
- Create static social media content, graphics, carousels, and visual storytelling assets.
- Build repeatable content systems that allow Alpaca to consistently publish high-quality content at scale.
Educational Content- Develop webinars, workshops, and CEU content for providers and practice owners.
- Work with clinical and operational teams to transform expertise into engaging educational experiences.
- Create content that helps providers start, grow, and operate successful practices.
- Build content libraries that continue generating value long after publication.
Brand & Storytelling- Define and evolve Alpaca's voice, messaging, and storytelling framework.
- Capture and share stories from providers, families, employees, and partners.
- Ensure consistency across all public-facing communications.
- Translate complex operational and clinical topics into clear, compelling narratives.
Systems & Operations- Build scalable content production workflows using AI and automation.
- Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, freelancers, agencies, and contractors.
- Track content performance and continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Create systems that turn one piece of content into dozens of assets across channels
Who You Are- You are an experienced video storyteller.
You understand narrative structure across short-form and long-form video and know how to create content that captures attention and moves people to action. - You are relentlessly hard-working.
You move with urgency, thrive in high-accountability environments, and are willing to outwork the competition to build something meaningful. - You've built content engines from scratch.
You've experimented across formats, channels, and distribution strategies to figure out what works. You've built or significantly scaled a content operation before and know how to increase output, quality, and impact. - You're equally comfortable leading and doing.
You can hire, manage, and develop talent, but you're also willing to roll up your sleeves and create. You lead by example and raise the bar through your own work. - You understand how content drives growth.
You know how to connect storytelling to real business outcomes, using content to drive awareness, trust, recruiting, partnerships, pipeline, and revenue. - You have exceptional editorial judgment.
You're a strong writer, editor, and storyteller with high standards for quality and a clear sense of what great content looks like.
