Full Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the service business area in accordance with the global service and local service strategy and policies. The holder of this position will oversee the achievement of the turnover and profitability targets for the service business area and provide an excellent level of service support which enhances the reputation of the company.

The ideal candidate will be located in a commutable distance to Ann Arbor, MI

What you will accomplish together with us:
  • Be accountable for all aspects of regional service delivery and assurance to customers
  • Develop the local business plan and strategy in line with the global strategy
  • Formulate and implement actions necessary to achieve the targets set out in the annual budget within the limits of the policy for the service business area
  • Co-operate closely with regional sales and marketing to support the company's strategies
  • Develop and improve service portfolio
  • Transfer customer needs to the service support functions (tech support, spare part management, service marketing)
  • Create, develop and sustain a culture of team spirit, accountability, motivation and result orientation, recruiting talent with these behaviors
  • Target the primary and large accounts and take personal responsibility to create opportunities within those accounts to increase service business
  • Develop the marketing communication plan with managers and within the budget
