Job DescriptionAs we continue to grow, we are seeking a Head of Retail USA to lead our retail network, strengthen our leadership teams, and build the operational foundations needed to support the next stage of our development.
This role combines retail strategy, business growth, operational excellence, and people leadership. The successful candidate will drive sales and profitability while elevating the customer experience, strengthening merchandising and store standards, developing talent, and building scalable processes across the organization.
- Define and execute the retail strategy for the US market.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall retail performance.
- Support the development and opening of new stores and future expansion projects.
- Build, coach, and develop Store Managers and Retail Leaders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop internal talent and support succession planning and career growth opportunities.
- Strengthen customer experience, clienteling initiatives, and service excellence across the network.
- Elevate store presentation, merchandising standards, and brand execution.
- Implement and optimize retail processes, tools, and operating standards to support business growth.
- Lead change management initiatives and organizational transformation when needed.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure strong cross-functional alignment.
- Manage retail budgets, payroll, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and drive performance through KPIs, business reviews, and action plans.
- Champion a safe, engaging, and high-performing work environment where employees can grow and succeed.
Qualifications- 10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience.
- Proven success leading multi-site retail operations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience developing leaders and high-performing teams.
- Experience supporting retail growth, scaling operations, and implementing new processes.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and change management capabilities.
- Luxury, premium, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or customer-centric retail experience preferred.
