Leads a team of dedicated Project Managers. Manages, coaches, supports and develops Project Managers in managing projects according to defined Project Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
This is a remote role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.
Must live in or relocate to the Zone:
o Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wyoming
As a Project Management Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering accountability and high performance
• Leader of team responsible for delivering large volume of both hardware and software capital equipment
• Manage team workload by coordinating projects within responsibility of the team and assigning resources
• Identifies and manages risks, when/if escalated and coordinates action/mitigation plans within the cross-functional organization
• Championing a strong customer experience mindset by monitoring operational trends and ensuring timely execution of assigned projects
• Adheres and leads as an example within the company's cultural beliefs
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Previous leadership or Project Manager experience, ideally in MedTech industry
• Strong business acumen
• Willing to travel ~10-15% to visit customers, training or in-person meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated team-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Detail oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to work and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
The base pay for this position is:
$125,920 - $173,140
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
