Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 USD / Year + Performance Bonus
About the Role
The Head of Product Marketing & Go-to-Market owns the commercial success of every product Chai Vision brings to market. Working at the intersection of Product Development, Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, and Creative, this leader turns consumer insights into winning product strategies and ensures every launch reaches its full market potential.
You'll partner with Product Development to shape innovation priorities, develop product briefs, define positioning, and lead commercialization from concept through launch across DTC, Amazon, Shopify, and retail channels. Success is measured by the commercial performance and long-term growth of every product.
This role is approximately 60% strategy / 40% execution.
What You'll Do
Product Innovation Strategy
Partner with Product Development to shape the innovation roadmap using consumer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Develop product briefs defining customer needs, product features, pricing strategy, positioning, and commercialization goals.
Identify new category opportunities and unmet consumer needs.
Product Marketing & Positioning
Develop compelling positioning, messaging, value propositions, product naming, and pricing recommendations.
Translate technical features into customer-focused benefits that differentiate products in the marketplace.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization
Lead end-to-end product launches across DTC, Amazon, Shopify, and retail channels.
Develop launch strategies, messaging, creative direction, sales enablement, and launch assets.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product Development, Creative, Brand, Ecommerce, Growth, Sales, Community, and Influencer teams.
Drive launch timelines and retailer readiness.
Consumer Insights & Category Leadership
Own consumer, competitive, and category research to guide innovation and marketing decisions.
Analyze reviews and market performance to improve future launches.
Sales Enablement
Create retail presentations, launch kits, battle cards, comparison guides, FAQs, and product training materials.
Product Performance & Lifecycle Growth
Monitor revenue, conversion, reviews, repeat purchases, margins, and product performance.
Identify opportunities for bundles, subscriptions, cross-sells, upsells, and lifecycle growth.
