RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Head of Operations / Integrator, you'll take ownership of the following:
- Leadership Transition & Operational Ownership: Initially partner closely with the Interim Integrator to learn the business, assume delegated operational responsibilities, and build trust across the organization. As you demonstrate readiness, progressively assume full ownership of the Integrator role and oversight of day-to-day operations.
- Strategic Planning & Visionary Support: Partner with the Visionary to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, translating growth goals into clear priorities, ownership, and measurable results.
- Financial Strategy & P&L Oversight: Provide higher-level financial leadership through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, ROI, and resource allocation. Progressively assume P&L ownership while strengthening financial systems and reporting to support sound business decisions and continued growth.
- Operational Optimization & Process Development: Build, document, and refine scalable processes across all departments. Identify and address inefficiencies to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration.
- EOS, Leadership Accountability & Cross-Functional Alignment: Champion the continued use of EOS and progressively assume leadership of L10 meetings and other operating rhythms. Create clarity and accountability across departments, improve communication and handoffs, and ensure the leadership team remains aligned around priorities and execution.
- People Leadership, HR, Onboarding & Development: Lead performance management, hiring, onboarding, training, and other HR processes while establishing clear expectations and KPIs. Partner with team leads to coach and develop employees, strengthen accountability, and build a high-performing culture.
- Warehouse, Production & Inventory Operations: Provide operational oversight of warehouse, production, facilities, and inventory processes. Establish greater structure around production schedules, workflow, inventory visibility, and operational planning.
** This is a full-time, in-person position based in Irvine, California. **QUALIFICATIONSRequired - 3+ years of operations leadership experience (director level or above)
- 10+ years of progressive business experience
- Leadership experience in organizations with 20-100 employees and $20M+ in revenue
- Experience within the semiconductor industry or manufacturing operations
- Proven experience scaling a business through process optimization, operational structure, organizational improvement, and strategic plan development and execution
- Strong financial and P&L experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital investment decisions, with the ability to operate at both a tactical and strategic level
- QuickBooks experience
Preferred - Experience scaling a business through significant growth, particularly doubling in size or greater
- Mergers & Acquisitions experience, particularly within an organization that was acquired
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
- Strong people leadership experience, including mentoring, developing, and promoting talent from within, as well as HR management
- Experience in a startup, entrepreneurial, or rapidly scaling organization
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
Desired - Experience in brokering or a related business model
- Capital raising experience
- Experience with Private Equity, particularly in acquisition-related contexts
- International business experience
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly FileMaker
- Experience within a business involving minority ownership stakes

Salary: $165,000 to $210,000 plus performance-based incentives and stock options
