You will own the marketing layer of the Microsoft ecosystem, managing partner marketing funds, co-selling programs, and incentive frameworks to extract maximum value from iManage's strategic relationship with Microsoft-commercially, reputationally, and in the market. You bring operational discipline and deep Microsoft partner program expertise, translating complex mechanics into pipeline, influence, and brand moments that drive business impact.

iM Responsible For...
Owning the Microsoft Partnership from a Marketing Standpoint
  • Serving as the primary marketing point of contact for Microsoft, managing the relationship with Microsoft's partner marketing team and co-sell community.
  • Maximizing all available partner marketing funds (MDF, co-op, ECIF, Azure Marketplace incentives, etc). Identifying, applying for, activating, and reconciling funding across programs.
  • Mapping the full landscape of Microsoft incentive programs relevant to iManage (ISV Success, AI Cloud Partner Program, co-sell, marketplace rewards) and building a calendar to pursue them systematically.
Driving Pipeline Through the Partnership
  • Developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with Microsoft that generate measurable pipeline including roadshows, digital campaigns, field events, and marketplace activations. A typical half will include a defined number of joint roadshows and at least one co-sell campaign in a priority segment.
  • Working closely with iManage sales, customer success, and field marketing to align Microsoft co-sell activity to named accounts and commercial targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the Microsoft sales community (ATU, STU, CSAs) in target regions, enabling iManage sellers to pull Microsoft into deals.
Recognition and Market Presence
  • Developing a strategy to position iManage as a standout Microsoft partner targeting relevant Microsoft Partner of the Year awards and other recognition programs.
  • Coordinating the evidence gathering, submission, and stakeholder alignment required to compete credibly for awards.
  • Amplifying partner wins, co-sell stories, and joint customer outcomes through iManage and Microsoft Sales marketing channels.
Operationalizing the Ecosystem
  • Building the program infrastructure: tracking tools, reporting cadences, budget reconciliation, and fund utilization dashboards.
  • Establishing a quarterly rhythm of planning with Microsoft aligning priority segments, campaigns, and joint investments.
  • Documenting playbooks so the broader team understands how Microsoft programs work and how to engage them.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Working alongside growth marketing, portfolio marketing, and field marketing teams influencing without direct authority.
  • Partnering closely with sales leadership and the alliances team to ensure marketing activity maps to commercial priorities.
  • Briefing and updating the EVP of Marketing on relationship health, program ROI, and strategic opportunities on a regular cadence.
iM Qualified Because I Have...

  • An account-based marketing (ABM) background with either hands-on practitioner experience or formal certification
  • Experience working with a hyperscaler or large ISV with a substantive Microsoft relationship, having navigated Microsoft's internal structure and managed joint marketing funds
  • A relationship-first orientation with the ability to invest in the human side before optimizing mechanics
  • The commercial instinct to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes and hold credible conversations with sales leadership about pipeline and bookings
  • An ability to operate in a matrix organization, influencing peers and aligning with field and sales teams without direct authority over budget or headcount
Bonus Points If I Have...
  • Experience at a legal technology company, professional services software vendor, or another regulated industry ISV
  • Familiarity with Microsoft's AI Cloud Partner Program and the co-pilot/AI marketplace opportunity
  • A track record of winning or finalist for a Microsoft Partner of the Year award
