Head of Marketing Data & Technology who is an experienced problem solver and team leader with an aptitude for tools and business strategy to join the team and help support the use of MarTech tools across lines of business. The primary objective of this role is to leverage your knowledge of Marketing Technology and interpersonal skills to improve our MarTech stack for all groups that use the tools. You will work with Marketing tactic owners, IT devs & PMs, technology vendors, and senior business managers as you evaluate tool usage, identify gaps in our technical setup, articulate and advocate for recommended improvements, and provide subject matter expertise to help effectuate those recommendations. This is a broad role which will test your technical skills, your critical thinking, your interpersonal skills, your willingness to learn, and your capacity to produce high-quality deliverables. If successful, you'll have put your thumbprint on the tech stack of the company for years to come.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a team of digital technologists
- Partner closely with the paid media team to ensure digital support systems are working to help grow the business
- Expert in digital acquisition technologies that support ad operations, trafficking digital marketing campaigns, tracking paid media performance
- Expert in email & SMS acquisition strategies and systems
- Experience with paid media landing pages and optimizations
- Challenge team focused on A/B testing structures in our paid media and develop learning agendas with the paid media tactic owners
- Manage the testing and evaluation of existing technology integrations to ensure data quality and usefulness
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership regarding project updates and results
- Supports the roll-out of new and updated marketing capabilities across tactics with a strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and timelines
- Support Refinement of our Media Mix Model (MMM) & Multi-touch Attribution (MTA) systems for paid media performance measurement
- Participate in contract negotiations for Marketing Technology services
- Maintain strong partnerships with key marketing, IT, and 3rd party vendor teams including managing the relationship with one or more MarTech vendors
Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant course of study preferred
- 10+ years experience with Marketing Technology in a B2C context, with a preference given to experience with Adobe Analytics, Invoca, LiveRamp, Tag Managers (Adobe Tag Manager), Triple Whale. Equally comfortable discussing requirements and proposals with technical and non-technical personnel
- Experience with marketing tools that support online/ Digital campaigns in areas such as campaign management, attribution measurement, data management platforms, and behavior analytics
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in a way that is simply understood and facilitates decision making
- Experience in media and ad operations
Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills applied to building relationships, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts effectively
- Strong proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics
- High degree of proficiency with paid media tracking platforms, reporting tools and marketing automation software is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of the retail wireless industry is a plus

Salary RangesCompensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year
