Full Job Description
Your Role:

We're looking for a bold, forward-thinking leader to redefine how marketing analytics leverages VOC-driven AI to unlock value at scale. Lead an AI-centric marketing analytics operating model as a data product factory. Lead the team that owns the full product lifecycle, from data strategy and governance to AI-driven insights, VOC/research, and lifecycle metrics. Spearhead AI use cases for the Marketing Center with rigorous success metrics. Center VOC insights as a core input to every analytics initiative, acting as a change agent to embed a data-first culture and clear ROI visibility. Architect scalable governance and capabilities to sustain AI-driven marketing outcomes; report directly to the CMO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy 2-3 flagship AI use cases across VOC automation and personalized experiences.
  • Establish AI governance for marketing.
  • Create scalable data products and analytics services powering marketing decisions.
  • Analytics as product and governance: deliver actionable dashboards and end-to-end analytics products; own lifecycle from requirements to post-implementation reviews.
  • 12-24 month roadmap: define a concrete plan for marketing analytics data architecture, alignment with MarTech strategy, VOC execution, clear marketing KPIs
  • Standardize workflows, versioning, and cross-functional SLAs with Marketing, IT, and Commercial.
  • VOC and CX as data products: translate insights into actions; fill gaps, measure impact and ROI; drive Net Promotor Score (NPS)/CX improvements.
  • Change management and adoption: accelerate analytics adoption with clear comms, training, incentives, and executive sponsorship; upskill marketing teams.
  • COE integration and leadership: participate in Marketing COE; partner with stakeholders; provide insights to marketing center teams, report ROI to executives.

  • Audience segmentation datasets and AI-driven insights library.
  • Experimentation templates and ROI-focused analytics.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA/MS preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years in marketing analytics/insights with demonstratable literacy in AI governance models and managing across global marketing organization.
  • Team leadership experience driving transformation within Marketing Analytics.
  • AI/ML assets and reuse: implement governance; deliver MVPs and reusable pipelines; maintain a central knowledge base.
  • Generative/agentic approaches: apply prompt engineering and orchestration patterns (e.g., RAG, agents) for scalable outcomes.
  • Data governance and privacy: ensure lineage, tagging, attribution, privacy/compliance, and interoperability across systems; codify standards with IT, Legal.
  • End-to-end ownership.
  • Analytics-as-product: proven ability to build, scale, and drive adoption of analytics products (not just dashboards).
  • Governance and data literacy: strong understanding of MarTech stacks, data architectures, and privacy/compliance.
  • Technical: SQL proficiency; ability to translate data into actionable strategies and ROI.
  • Change management and storytelling: strong influence across functions.
  • Collaboration: experience partnering with IT, D&A, Product Management in regulated contexts.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Life Science/healthcare marketing experience.
  • VOC/survey design and Net Promoter Score program experience.
  • BI tooling expertise (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • End-to-end process mapping and AI-centered initiative leadership.


Pay Range for this position: $178,600 - $267,800

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
