About the roleWe're looking for a Head of GTM Enablement to build the team and systems needed to support the Nooks revenue team through a period of rapid growth.
We are looking for someone who has operated in a hyper-growth environment, understands what great selling looks like firsthand, and has strong technical abilities. In addition, we're looking for someone who can rethink enablement for the AI era.
What you'll doBuild the enablement operating system for Nooks. Own the strategy and infrastructure for how our GTM team learns, ramps, and develops.
Make product expertise a competitive advantage. Become deeply fluent in the Nooks platform, and ensure that our customer-facing teams can confidently understand and position/sell an increasingly broad product suite.
Keep GTM ahead of product velocity. Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to build a repeatable launch-readiness motion so the field can effectively action frequent product releases quickly.
Own onboarding and ramp: Build world-class onboarding across GTM roles that gets people productive faster.
Raise the bar on revenue skills: Develop the programs, playbooks, certifications, coaching systems, that continuously improve discovery, demos, positioning, competitive selling, deal execution, negotiation, etc.
Measurement around outcomes: Establish clear metrics that show measurable impact on changing behavior and improving performance, not simply delivering programs.
Build and lead a high-performing team. Set a high talent bar, develop the enablement team, and create a function capable of supporting Nooks through its next phase of scale.
What we're looking for- At least 4+ years experience building and leading enablement at high-growth B2B technology companies.
- Experience operating at a company with very high product velocity.
- Exceptional product aptitude. You learn complex products quickly, can understand technical concepts deeply enough to teach them, and can translate product capabilities into clear customer value.
- Strong sales instincts. Experience carrying a quota or working in a closing role is a significant plus.
- A systems thinker. You naturally look for repeatable mechanisms, feedback loops, automation, and leverage.
- An AI-native mindset. You actively use AI in your own work and have strong ideas about how AI can transform enablement.
- Exceptional cross-functional skills. You can work effectively with Product, Marketing, RevOps, Sales, CS, and executives. You know how to drive alignment without needing direct authority.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, from coaching an individual rep to leading executive-level discussions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed.
- High ownership and bias toward action.
