About the role:

As the Head of Growth Marketing (Consumer), you will leverage insights to drive marketing strategy and channel investment decisions, delivering on continued growth for the portfolio. You will use a robust marketing mix that includes digital marketing, TV advertising, direct mail, and other marketing channels. You will leverage big data analysis and traditional marketing research to draw insights and develop marketing campaigns, make product recommendations and improvements, and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee acquisition and engagement/CRM strategies across the NetCredit brand; monitor channel performance and optimize the marketing budget for maximum brand impact and ROI
  • Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, identify risks and growth opportunities; monitor performance on a weekly basis
  • Develop and maintain a marketing roadmap, integrate product and channel marketing strategies and align with business objectives
  • Drive marketing strategy; identify opportunities to increase top of funnel, improve conversion and optimize the customer journey
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness, regularly report outcomes to leadership
  • Build and deliver executive-level presentations on marketing performance, strategy, and investment recommendations to senior leadership, the executive team, and cross-functional partners across the organization
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Operations, Analytics and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive continued growth
  • Manage 1 direct report in addition to matrixed management of CRM and performance marketing channel teams
  • Stay at the forefront of AI and emerging marketing technologies, identifying and applying best practices to drive growth and efficiencies

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth (online consumer, multichannel performance marketing or integrated marketing experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or other business-related/quantitative fields of study. MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing marketing teams, with experience managing both direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience managing significant marketing budgets and making data-driven investment decisions tied to revenue, customer acquisition, and ROI
  • Experience in consumer lending, fintech, financial services, or another highly regulated, data-driven environment preferred
  • Effective at building relationships and rallying stakeholders around priorities, enabling fast, confident decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Highly analytical, with a passion for problem-solving and for turning complex data into compelling stories
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and marketing execution; proactively identifies opportunities to apply AI/automation to drive efficiency and better business outcomes

Compensation:

This position includes various levels within our career ladder. The actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the ranges shown. Budgeted annual salary ranges:

Marketing Manager: $120,000 to $156,000
Senior Marketing Manager: $150,000 to $185,000

Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
