A Snapshot of Your Day As Head of SEN EGT CCR-US, you will lead a team of service engineering professionals responsible for gas turbine rotor, compressor, and casing components across the A-Region fleet. You will provide strategic and technical leadership while ensuring 24/7 operational support for customers, managing complex technical challenges, and supporting critical fleet decisions. Working closely with regional engineering teams, global product organizations, and competence hubs, you will drive technical excellence, improve engineering processes, and enhance fleet reliability through data-driven solutions. Your leadership will help ensure safe, reliable, and customer-focused service execution across the organization.
How You'll Make an Impact - Lead the SEN EGT CCR-US Service Engineering team responsible for rotor, compressor, and casing components, ensuring effective 24/7 operational support for the A-Region fleet.
- Serve as the Service Component Owner for gas turbine rotor, compressor, and casing components, providing technical leadership and governance across the fleet.
- Drive fleet issue resolution, technical risk assessments, risk mitigation activities, and consistent engineering recommendations related to Technical Issues (TIs) and Significant Field Issues (SFIs).
- Develop and implement process improvements using standardization, digital tools, and advanced data analytics to improve engineering efficiency and service delivery.
- Collaborate with regional engineering teams, global product organizations, and competence hubs to strengthen knowledge sharing and support a globally aligned service engineering approach.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, customer focus, and collaboration.
What You Bring - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in gas turbine engineering, service engineering, technical operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering, service, or technical teams within a complex industrial environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in gas turbine rotor, compressor, and casing technologies, including fleet issue resolution and technical risk assessment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, customers, and business functions.
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear business decisions while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
