About the RoleWe're seeking a Head of Finance / CFO to own the entire finance function as we scale significantly. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build and lead a growing finance team while embracing a lean, AI-first philosophy.
What You'll Do- Build and establish the FP&A function from the ground up
- Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations
- Manage treasury and capital strategy
- Optimize financial operations and reporting infrastructure
- Partner with executive leadership on financial planning and growth strategy
- Oversee accounting, financial controls, and compliance
What We're Looking For- Proven experience as a CFO or Head of Finance at a scaling technology or logistics company
- Strong background in financial planning, fundraising, and capital management
- Ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on approach in early-stage environments
- Experience with operations and supply chain finance a plus
- Familiarity with AI and technology-driven businesses preferred
