Full Job Description

As Head of Network Strategy (m/f/d), you will shape Fresenius Kabi’s global manufacturing footprint and translate long-term business priorities into a resilient, efficient and sustainable network strategy. You will steer strategic supply point decisions, capacity planning and investment prioritization across the global network. In this high-impact leadership role, you will provide data-driven scenarios for senior decision-making and enable value creation across TechOps, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Units.

Your responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the global manufacturing footprint strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives, demand evolution and portfolio lifecycle requirements.

  • Translate network strategy criteria into strategic supply point decisions and develop footprint optimization scenarios.

  • Drive long-term capacity planning and dynamic capacity steering to align global supply capabilities with evolving market demand.

  • Evaluate make-or-buy options, benchmarking insights and strategic investment priorities across the global manufacturing network.

  • Manage network risks and strengthen business continuity frameworks to support resilient global manufacturing operations.

  • Embed sustainability and carbon footprint considerations into network design, capacity planning and investment decisions.

  • Establish governance frameworks and lead network strategy and transformation initiatives across global sites and functions.

  • Collaborate closely with TechOps, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Units and manufacturing sites to ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Senior-level stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence effectively in a complex global matrix organization.

  • Strategic mindset, high resilience and the ability to translate long-term strategy into actionable programs and measurable execution plans.

  • Experience connecting sustainability, carbon footprint reduction and product lifecycle considerations with network strategy decisions is an advantage
