Responsibilities
  • Own the complete RTINGS.com product experience, ensuring users can easily understand, compare, decide, and make better buying decisions from our work
  • Define and lead the product roadmap for key user and member experiences across RTINGS.com website and future App
  • Deeply understand RTINGS.com users through data, user research, feedback, and hands-on use of the product
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experiences around product discovery, comparison flows, recommendation experiences, purchase decision support, and post-purchase value
  • Work closely with Product Category, Community, Development, and Growth teams to turn user needs into high-impact product improvements
  • Use metrics such as monthly active paid members, monthly active users, retention, and price clicks to evaluate product health and guide priorities
  • Build a strong product culture focused on user value, clear priorities, fast iteration, and measurable results
  • Help define the future of RTINGS.com as a product experience, including opportunities such as personalization, tools, apps, logged-in experiences, and new member benefits

  • Strong understanding of user experience, product discovery, engagement, retention, and conversion
  • Experience using product metrics, analytics, experimentation, and user research to make decisions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Able to work independently and make high-quality decisions with incomplete information
  • You understand the RTINGS.com brand, what differentiates us, and why users trust us
  • Good English communication skills, written and verbal, to understand our international audience and product
