Qualifications

• 8+ years in Corporate IT, IT Operations, Security, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with identity/access management and endpoint management (MDM).
• Experience consolidating SaaS tools and managing vendors/budgets.
• Experience operating across multiple sites and geographies.
• Experience building or scaling an IT function (not just maintaining an existing one).
• Familiarity with AI tool governance and policy development is a plus.
• Background in retail, hospitality, or multi-site consumer businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate IT strategy and operational model from the ground up.
• Create and align global strategies and standards with local execution teams.
• Implement security fundamentals including identity management and incident readiness.
• Establish Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint standards for compliance and security.
• Consolidate Software as a Service (SaaS) tools to reduce vendor sprawl and improve cost controls.
• Design training and enablement programs for onboarding, security hygiene, and playbooks.
• Create and manage AI enablement and governance policies across the organization.
