Full Job Description
The Opportunity

Kensington's agent channel is one of our most valuable, relationship-driven paths to growth, and we are investing in a new role to lead that marketing modernization from planning to execution: turning a high-touch B2B channel into a scalable, measurable growth engine for Kensington's agents.

You will lead Kensington's B2B marketing pillar end to end: agent marketing programs focused lead generation, agent segmentation and identifying the greatest opportunities for revenue growth, and the CRM and analytics infrastructure the channel needs to unlock the next stage of growth.

You'll work in close partnership with the VP, Agent Sales, aligning marketing strategy with the sales team responsible for agent relationships and revenue, so that segmentation, targeting, and enablement programs translate directly into sales results.

Based out of Kensington's HQ, you'll sit at the epicentre of the business: working alongside the SVP Marketing, Agent sales leadership, and executive team, with direct visibility into the decisions that shapes where Kensington grows next.

What You'll Own

Agent Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Refine Kensington's agent marketing approach to align with the biggest opportunities for revenue growth, using the Agent Portal and evolving education programs.
  • Lead the development and execution of webinars, content programming, and sales collateral that drive engagement and keep agents active and informed.
  • Refine the agent recognition and award approach, giving top performers a clear, motivating path to be recognized.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team across the US and Canada, and with the VP, Agent Sales, to align marketing and lead generation priorities and ensure programs drive measurable business results.

Agent Segmentation & Targeting
  • Partner with the Strategy team to sharpen agent and trade segmentation and total addressable market, identifying and closing the barriers to growth.

CRM & Analytics
  • Implement the CRM and analytics program that replaces manual reporting, aligns to the new segmentation model, and frees sales to focus on selling.

People Leadership
  • Lead and motivate a virtual team across marketing and sales, building alignment and momentum without relying on formal reporting lines.
  • Bring the same leadership approach to a matrixed team as you would a direct one: clear priorities, regular touchpoints, and shared accountability for results.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years in B2B, trade, or channel marketing leadership, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
  • Direct experience in field sales enablement, sales operations, or agent and trade marketing programs.
  • A track record of turning fragmented or manual sales operations into scalable, data-driven systems.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, strategy, and CRM or analytics teams to align channel strategy with growth targets.
  • Excellence in leading with KPIs and budget accountability: you think like a marketer and report like a finance leader.
  • Experience in luxury, travel, hospitality, or another relationship-driven B2B category is ideal.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. #LI-Hybrid
