Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI roles with experience in building infrastructure from scratch.
• Deep expertise in modern data stack tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, dbt, Airflow, and visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and simplify complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and enthusiasm for innovative approaches to analytics.
• Experience in insurance or fintech industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the analytics infrastructure from scratch, including data pipelines and reporting tools.
