Project Manager (Industrial Plastics/HDPE) to join our team! This position will focus on Industrial EPC HDPE projects.
While this role is office-based in La Porte, TX, remote work arrangements may be considered for qualified candidates who live outside the local commuting area.Responsibilities: Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
- Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs
- Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project
- Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
- Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays
- Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
- Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
- Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment
- Provide a high level of assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan
Qualifications: - Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management. Minimum 3 - 5 years preferred.
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of EPC business preferred
- Knowledge of Industrial Plastics materials and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.
- Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously.
- Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization
- Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.

Pay Range:$4,500.00 - $9,716.30
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
