Job DescriptionYou will be the Harness Design & Subsystems Install Manager for the ADP Subsystems Design and Installation team which is responsible for delivering cutting-edge harness designs and subsystem installations.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Harness Design & Subsystems Install Manager you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team through both managerial and technical challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide career mentoring, performance assessments, and growth coaching for team members.
- Oversee administrative duties, compensation programs, and awards/recognition initiatives.
- Identify development opportunities and manage training activities to elevate technical expertise.
- Lead behavioral actions and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Execute hands-on technical work within the ADP Design team to drive subsystem installation success.
Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications• Team Lead Experience.
• Experience in subsystem design and installation (Airframe Layout, Detail Part and Assembly, Harness Design, H&I).
• Experience with 3-D Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools such as CATIA, NX, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, 3DX, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's or above Degree from an accredited college in a related engineering discipline.
• Must be a US Citizen with active secret security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired skills• Management Experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working ADP or similar programs, development through sustainment.
• Experience interacting with customers and senior management.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
