Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in hardware product development
• 3+ years of industry experience in consumer electronic product development
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional hardware projects from development to launch
• Robust knowledge of product component development cycles and sourcing processes
• Experience in effective communication with Engineering, Manufacturing, and external partners across regions
• Adaptable and innovative with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective stakeholder management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware engineering projects from kickoff to launch, focusing on performance, cost, and quality enhancements
• Develop and manage detailed project plans that align with WHOOP goals while balancing timelines and resources
• Coordinate engineering builds and iterative development with both internal and external manufacturing partners
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and communication to facilitate timely decision-making
• Identify and manage project risks proactively, driving resolution of technical and organizational challenges
• Contribute to improving WHOOP's Continuous Improvement Engineering process for better project reliability
