Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working on hardware quality within a data center or IT environment.
- 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
- Experience in data center and enterprise hardware (servers, storage, networking and AI systems), design processes and verification methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Experience working with the cross functional engineering teams, supply chain team, and the Data Center team.
Responsibilities- Work directly with customers, data center teams and manufacturing teams to understand and analyze hardware quality issues.
- Partner with internal hardware and software teams and external vendors to triage and root cause hardware reliability issues.
- Lead systemic changes to drive continuous improvement in fleet analysis and triage of hardware issues to get to improve speed to resolution.
- Represent the Fleet Hardware Reliability team within the broader platforms design, deployment and supply chain organizations.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
