The Role

The Hair POD Program Manager - Content Delivery & Operations

owns defined Hair content workstreams end-to-end, translating direction into execution across project planning, production delivery, and asset operations (talent and trafficking).

Typical deliverables include:
  • Organic & Paid Social content including seasonal offerings
  • Curated creator content (e.g., skits, mashups)
  • Banners


This role ensures:
  • Work is planned, produced, and delivered on time and on spec
  • Assets are compliant, trafficked, and live correctly
  • Teams are aligned across Brand, Creative, Production, and Media

This is a high-accountability execution role, requiring strong discipline, ownership, and productivity mindset to deliver consistent results within established CoHo systems.

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Delivery (Program Management)
  • Own end-to-end execution of assigned Hair content workstreams
  • Translate direction into clear timelines, trackers, and deliverables
  • Coordinate across Brand, Creative, Production, and Media teams to drive delivery
  • Maintain visibility into workstreams; proactively manage risks and dependencies
  • Ensure delivery aligns with defined scope, priorities, and guardrails


2. Production & Delivery Execution
  • Own day-to-day execution across production and post-production workflows
  • Support content creation including social-first shoots and skit content capture
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and approvals across production and post
  • Ensure smooth transition from production → post-production → final delivery
  • Manage delivery of assets across formats (social, OLV, banners) and ensure readiness for trafficking


3. Talent & Usage Ownership
  • Manage talent usage across assigned workstreams; ensure compliance with usage terms
  • Track contracts, rights, and expirations; proactively flag risks
  • Maintain accurate records (AD-ID, asset linkage, usage details)
  • Ensure all content is executed within approved legal and usage guardrails


4. Trafficking & Asset Delivery
  • Own trafficking of creative assets across platforms and media channels
  • Ensure assets are delivered accurately, on time, and in the correct formats
  • Execute uploads, swaps, and updates across systems
  • Maintain asset tracking systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Partner with Media teams to support launches and optimization


5. Financial & Operational Stewardship
  • Manage POs, budgets, and reconciliation across assigned workstreams
  • Track invoices and validate proof of performance
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies early
  • Ensure execution aligns with CoHo SOPs and governance frameworks


6. Execution System Discipline
  • Operate within established CoHo workflows, systems, and guardrails
  • Maintain trackers and tools to ensure visibility, accuracy, and control
  • Surface risks early & escalate with clear context & recommended next steps


Job Qualifications

Experience
  • Experience in project management, production, trafficking, or marketing operations
  • Experience working on digital, social, or content delivery workflows preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced, execution-focused environments (agency or in-house preferred)
  • Familiarity with social, OLV, and digital content formats
